Construction

Front & Centre Capital Works has a client-focused view to its clients and their shopping centres. Each project is handled by a Project Director within the company, a “one point of contact” for the delivery of entire length of the project. 

Tenancy Coordination & Management

Tenancy coordination and tenant liaison is a speciality service provided to our clients who understand the Retail tenancy legislation that shopping centres operates within. Our Project Directors have many years of experience in managing retail assets in order to be able to deal with nearly all contingencies. 

Centre Refurbishments

Refurbishment and renovation work in shopping centres is commonly more complex than building from a new site. Our experience and knowledge of retail shopping centres and required constructions processes are important in minimise trading disruption and ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
