Jeremy Prestoe is the Principal and started the company after 7 years with Lend Lease. At this time he recognised a growing niche in the retail property sector for outsourcing of Marketing and specialist shopping centre project work and set up the company to cater to this need.

Jeremy has a Marketing Degree and an MBA (AGSM) and learnt the marketing trade with some of Australia's blue chips including National Mutual and McDonald's. His seven years at Lend Lease included managing significant regional centres, namely Bankstown Square and Erina Fair. Jeremy is a regular featured lecturer at the PCA shopping centre courses and is a contributing writer to Shopping Centre News and Marketing Matters.
 

Brendan Sheedy joined Front & Centre Capital Works in March 2008 and was appointed General Manager. He has over 15 years experience in the Shopping Centre Management working in various roles including Marketing, Management, Leasing & Asset Management.

Prior to joining Front & Centre, he opened the "Greenfield" shopping site for Woolworth's in the Southern Highlands as Centre Manager. Highlands Marketplace consisted on an GLA of approximately 16,000sq metres and an asset value in excess of $50 million. Previously he has worked in various roles in companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, Westfield Management, Centro Properties, Colliers International, Lend Lease Property Management, Savills and other property agencies.

Brendan has also been a successful business owner in a non related industry to property, for over 8 years as Managing Director.  His experience, business acumen and strategic focus keep him busy with the overall deliverables of Front & Centre Capital Works.
   
Greg Baines is the joint Principal of Front & Centre Capital Works. He has successfully been working on retail shopping centre for well over 15 years. The properties Greg have previously worked on include:

EagleVale Marketplace

Front and Centre Capital Works have commenced refurbishing EagleVale Marketplace situated near Campbelltown NSW. EagleVale Marketplace consists of a Woolworths, approximately 25 speciality shops, a McDonalds Restaurant and a Caltex Petrol Plus site. The refurbishment will finish before Christmas this year.

 
Jannali - Office Fit out

Front and Centre Capital Works project managed the refurbishment of a small office to accommodate 6 staff members. The project took approximately three weeks to complete from handover to the completed project.
